Zeagle's First Stages offer incredible performance and reliability, exceeding our older designs by a significant margin. All are environmentally sealed for reliability and freezing resistance. All Zeagle first stages share the same internal components, but offer different hose routing options.

Zeagle's ZX Second Stage is lightweight, compact and comfortable, with diver adjustable resistance controls, freeflow control, and built in anti- freezing features. Specific design changes have created a regulator that is resistant to freeflow on the surface, yet has incredible smoothness and ease of breathing underwater.

 Regulator Options

  

The DIN to Yoke Converter allows divers to change DIN fitted regulators to fit standard yoke type tanks in seconds, without tools. This allows DIN type regulators to be used with any tank. This item is included with any Zeagle DIN regulator.
The Isolator Valve is used to shut off the air supply in any situation where 2nd stage isolation is desired. It attaches in line between the 2nd stage and the low pressure hose. Consult a qualified technician for proper use and installation.

   
   
Alternate air sources are important safety devices for all divers. The choice of an alternate air system depends greatly on the diving environment and the type of diving you do. Consult your Zeagle Dealer or diving instructor for help in choosing an alternate air system appropriate for you.
   
   

Of course, the traditional octopus setup of a second stage on a long hose provides the highest breathing performance, and many divers feel that having an octopus 2nd stage that is the same as your primary first stage is a real advantage.

The ZX second stage is outstanding for octopus use, being resistant to free flow and highly adjustable. Second stage hoses are available in extra long 7' and 9' lengths for divers who enter restricted environments such as wrecks or caves where a companion needing an octopus might not be able to swim alongside.

The economical ENVOY octopus is the same internally as the ZX 2nd stage, but does not have the adjustment knob or the "severe" heat exchanger.

The Octo+ is the simplest and least complicated alternate air source. It combines the functions of an alternate air system and a BC power inflator in a single unit, thereby eliminating one hose from your diving system. Available in Black, Gray, or Yellow.

The Sentinel 2nd stage is intended primarily for alternate air use, and is available with an automatically deploying hose storage sleeve for long hoses. The Stow Sleeve (part # 8023) is available separately for stowing octopus hoses up to 9’ in length.

       

A Pony System is the ultimate alternate air solution for the recreational diver, providing a completely independent air supply. Shown is a Sentinel 2nd stage on a DS IV 1st stage with the #8023 Stow Sleeve and the #8029 Pony Bottle attachment kit.
